Nigerian made MINDA phone assembled in Calabar as good as samsung and Nokia
MINDA is an acronym for Made in Niger Delta Area.
This new range of mobile devices which includes smartphones and tablets is assembled by the graduates of the Calabar Skills AcquisitionCenter in Cross River State with the assistance of an Irish firm.
The supervising minister, minister of the Niger Delta Affairs Darius Isahaku stated that he has used the phones and that it is of the same quality with his samsung phone.
" I can browse with it I can do a whole lot of activities with the Minda phones. It is even more user friendly," he said.
He encouraged members of the public to patronise the MINDA devices.
"We are hoping to be more aggressive in making the public aware that these Minda phones and tablet PCs are exactly like any other products you see in the markets," he said.
