*.No court order stopped the probe *As judge summons lawmakers to produce orders The Federal High Court has summoned the House of Representatives to come and show the purported order that stopped them from going on with the probe of the alleged spending of N10 bn on chartering of aircraft by the Petroleum Minister Diezanni Allison-Madueke.  Justice Ahmed Ramat Mohammed(Presiding Judge of The Federal High court Abuja) said he was embarrassed when he suddenly saw a barrage of headlines claiming that he granted an order restraining the House of Reps from going ahead with the ‎minister probe.
