Abuja Man Gets 6 Strokes of the Cane for Misbehaving!


Man gets six strokes of cane in Abuja Bella Naija
Apparently, no one is too old to be flogged with cane.
A Kado, Abuja Grade 1 Area Court on Thursday ordered a man, Alade Afolabi to be given six strokes of the cane for his attempt to commit a crime, Vanguard reports.  He allegedly attempted to rob someone who was withdrawing money from an ATM.
Afolabi was not granted bail because the presiding officer of the case has deemed him to be mentally challenged.
